Throughout my professional career, it has become increasingly clear to me that banks and corporations are increasingly losing sight of their original customer focus.
Regulatory requirements, internal restrictions, and standardized processes often leave little room for truly individualized, people-oriented advice. Decisions are often determined by product specifications rather than the actual needs of the customer.
I am convinced that sustainable and long-term success can only be achieved when there is freedom to choose the best financial products, sufficient time for personal discussions, and highly professional support. Only these conditions create a solid basis of trust - the foundation of any successful collaboration. Every person has their own individual life situation, goals, and wishes.
Meeting these requires independence, openness, and a view beyond standardized solutions. For me, consulting is therefore not about sales, but about responsibility: partnership-based support on an equal footing, where the focus is not exclusively on the interests of a bank, but on the individual themselves.
